In the moment today we had a bit of an equipment emergency and needed a portable fryer NOW. I called US tent rental and spoke to Yailin and she sensed the panic in my voice and wanted to help. She transferred me to a manager, Steve, who listened to my issues and immediately responded with a solution. Within an hour I was able to get the equipment I needed for a local Charity Golf Tournament.
