Since the moment you walk into University Parkway Dental and are greeted by the lovely Valeria to all other professionals and friendly staff, Rosa the hygienist and Dr. Janielle Silliman herself, being all very clean and always on time, the best Dentist office I have been to in my life !! So glad to be a patient there.

Do not go! Beware of deceptive billing practices!
They told me I needed a deep cleaning and told me the insurance would pay. The insurance rejected the claim and then they sent me an additional bill for over $600 when I had already paid over $400. All I wanted was a simple cleaning. They tell you that you need a treatment that isn't indicated to get more money.

Office is extremely clean and staff is uber nice and professional. Appointment started on time and services were performed above par, with extreme care to areas where I am sensitive (thank you, Rosa and Dr. Silliman). Overall, best experience I’ve had with any dentist in my lifetime. I highly recommend Dr. Silliman and her staff.

Beware of deceptive billing practices. I went in for a cleaning and was upsold on much more work and told that it most of it would be covered by my insurance. When it came time to pay, I was left with a nearly $200 bill on what was supposed to be a simple cleaning. I was told I need a crown and 8+ fillings. Found a new provider who said I MAYBE need one or two fillings but that crown and 8 fillings was way overboard. I guess I should have known given that this place is supported by a company owned by a private equity firm. If you don't care how much you pay, consider giving this place a try.
