If I could give this company a big Zero I would. Aaron came out to give me an estimate to redo my landscaping. I was very clear as to what I wanted and what I didn't want. He sent me a follow up estimate which listed only the plant names and quantitie that they planned to use . There was no drawing to go by. I was stupid and trusted him to do what I had asked. When his team showed up to do the work we all agreed that his choice of plants would not work as they were too big and would hide a lot of the existing landscaping. In March of 2022 I hired Tropical Solutions to do approximately $75,000 work of landscape work and an additional $80,000 of FX low voltage lighting at my home. It was recommended by them that I put the typical "St. Augustine" type of Florida grass on my lawn. I agreed and they proceeded to do the job along with several other things on my property. We found them to be incredibly sloppy, unprofessional, and completely unknowledgeable. Once the grass was installed they chose not to roll the grass stating "we have never rolled this type of grass before".
