Tesla Service Center - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

I always have anxiety whenever there is an issue with my car (any car, not just a Tesla) and need to go to a mechanic especially due to the cost of the service and typically (with non-Teslas) it takes a long time to get a car repair. However, I was very pleased with this Tesla service center. The staff at the front are very nice and are great people to chat with. In fact with Teslas the only time I needed to go to the service center was tire related (with gas vehicles, I had to go to service to get oil changes, check engine light, transmission stuff…) and tire service is a walk-in for Teslas. I found some issues during my inspection when I took delivery of my 2023 Model Y Performance and had to schedule an appointment with Tesla Service. Thankfully I didn't read these reviews because I might have been inclined to drive back to St. Petersburg or wait for a mobile technician, because Andrei and his team were absolutely amazing! I was in and out well before the estimated time frame and they were able to fix everything they could with the parts they had on hand. Lackluster. These so called technicians have no idea how to diagnose, and/or repair. They loce to repeat "it's within spec".Premium car prices, service is very poor. They stopped replacing windshields, now i have to tske my car to st. Pete.Would not recommend.
