Tesla Sarasota

Tesla Service Center in Sarasota offers tire service as a walk-in option, providing estimates for repairs and patching tires to potentially save customers money. The service center staff are friendly and helpful, with appointments available for those who prefer scheduled visits. Customers report that visiting on slower days can lead to quicker service.

Many customers have had positive interactions with knowledgeable technicians who take the time to explain repairs, making the experience smooth and reassuring. Some reviews highlight the ease of service, such as the ability to monitor work through the app, and the convenience of contactless pickup where customers simply get in their car and go.

However, there are some concerns about the lack of air conditioning in the mechanic's area and the fact that windshield replacements are no longer done at this location, requiring customers to travel to St. Pete for that service. Overall, the center is appreciated for its friendly staff and efficient service, with some customers sharing their satisfaction with the Model 3 delivery and test drive experience.
