Had a windshield replaced on our model 3. Tesla is the best when it comes to service. You literally pull your car into the garage say hi and either wait in the clean waiting room or go shop nearby. You can monitor every step of the work being done from the app and know when to pick up your car. You don’t even have to enter the building to pick up your car. They tell you what spot it’s in and you just get in and go. Payment is through the app and since your phone is the key you are all set. It doesn’t get easier than that. I’ve owned Tesla’s since 2016 and continue to be amazed by the service.
After getting nowhere with Tampa SC and them screwing me over, I went to Sarasota SC. Talked to SC supervisor Vincente and he listened to my concerns and assured me that he start from scratch and figure out the issue. In less than an hour, my issue was identified and resolved soon after. I wasn’t charged anything because I had already paid Tampa SC for not resolving my issue.
I will only visit Sarasota SC from now on.
