We did a lot of research on pool companies before going with Swim Inc. They had a good reputation and were responsive. We had some hiccups during quoting and David got involved and made things right. Our price did not change even with rising prices. Mark, our project manager, was communicative, responsive and did what he said he would do. We are very happy with our pool!

We did a lot of research on pool companies in the Tampa Bay Area and we went with Swim Inc and we could not be happier! They have a great reputation, good history with the BBB, and have been in the business for several years. They were solid and trustworthy in every aspect of the project. Our designer, Austin, was fantastic, creative, informative, and respectful of our budget and vision. His patience was also much appreciated as we had to hold off for a couple of months before starting the build. The entire team was always pleasant to talk to and more than willing to answer any questions we had. (Prompt and friendly service should be Mike’s middle name!) Even during the pandemic, they were able to deliver an excellent, beautiful product - the exact pool we wanted! I would recommend Swim Inc in a heartbeat to anyone that is making the huge investment of having a custom pool built!
