The whole experience with Waterscapes was great. A very reliable & dependable Co. Our Pool build started with Rob as the Designer & Sales Manager. He listened to our requests & ideas & put together a beautiful design plan.Amy was our Project Manager for our Pool build. The 1st day we met her, she told us she wanted to “exceed our expectations”. We were skeptical. She had the ability to schedule all aspects of the build in a very timely manner. She was always in communication with us. She kept us update on what going on & what would be next. What a great experience, service and overall customer satisfaction. Rob LaGasse our pool designer and sales manager was great to work with, he listened to everything we wanted to create a great space for our first Florida home at Lakewood ranch. Our construction manager Gene Darley was straight to the point, explained the details of the step by step process, helped us to get contact information for the irrigation company and the electrician folks he recommended to get the job done the right way. We are very happy with the results and we highly recommend them for your pool.

Very professional from start to finish. Questions answered promptly or directed promptly to correct person. Manages subs well, follows up each stage of construction to make sure subs did a good job. Anthony Medina watched over my neighbors properties also. Great experience at a reasonable price. Highly recommend waterscapes for your new pool. Excellent company to work with.
