Mr. Brady I do need assistance. I have been calling your business for days now I have been getting hung up on asking for a manager asking for some type of supervision and I have been getting disrespected after I paid two accounts one that I didn’t think that was mine because the address was wrong, but I didn’t want to wait for any type of documentation to clear the debt so I just paid it because I was moving into a new home no problem, but I’m getting disrespected by getting the documentations that I need to show that both accounts from the charter communications in AT&T was paid in full.
