First off, these guys respond 24/7. Our air went out on a Friday night. It was 90+ outside and 87 inside. We called and the owner came out to check our unit within 2 hrs of the call. He checked everything out and resolved the issue within thehour. Air was back on, blowing cold in the house before my family had the chance to get too miserable. Great guy, super nice and he found the most affordable fix to get us going. I was worried that I would get a $4000 to replace my old system. They really had me over a barrel but took care of me.
