Colleen is a Very knowledgeable Therapist. I was suffering from an Ulnar nerve entrapment, so I booked an appointment. She knew exactly where the nerve innervates, where to target the muscles and how to release them. She used so many different techniques to do so. If you are achy, sore, have acute or chronic pain, Colleen is the Therapist to see!
