My dad 2 days before then our House, possessions, cars, job and becoming my moms caregiver all at once. SRQ gave us our home back. Everything is perfection. The customer service the work, everything turned out better then I ever expected. This was my first time needing to hire a contractor and I'm the luckiest person in the world to hit the jackpot when I found his card. Now we can start to heal from all the tragedy we went through. I hired this company to renovate my home, they have been here one week so far and the improvement is impressive, I am so exited to see the finished product and will rate them again but so far, this company is easy to work with, flexible and efficient, they are hard working, professional and very knowledgeable. They are willing to listen to what we are looking for and suggest options for us to consider. I am recommending this company to anyone who is looking to renovate their home.

Finding a water spot on your ceiling is never a good thing! You know there’s a leak somewhere, although not necessarily where the water spot is. We called Roofing by Ball Contracting and they were fast in responding! Not only did they get back to us right away, they also came out to the house that same day and identified the cause. Within a few days, the roof leak was fixed. We were very impressed by the speed and also the good work they did. They were very good to work with.
