I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Jenny at Southern Roots Salon! First, she was able to fit me in with only a day’s notice on a Saturday, which I truly appreciated.
From the moment I sat in her chair, Jenny really listened to me. She asked questions to understand my hair history and concerns — especially my biggest issue of how easily my hair tangles(always has been since I was a little kid. I don't even know how to word how bad my hair is with tangles). No stylist has taken meaningful time to problem solve---they typically just recommend a shampoo or conditioner. Whitney did the cut and style on my son and I. I loved the result and was very impressed by her warmth and professionalism. She listens when you tell her what you want in a cut and takes the time needed to do it right. The salon is clean and everyone seems to enjoy being there. Really loved the experience.
