I am very grateful to the Doctor and her recommendation to bypass the Urgent care center and go on to the hospital. Her reasons were very sound and made me realize how important it was to have tests done concerning the injuries I received Saturday. I want to thank her and the staff who were professional in all aspect of care. Thanks again
Arrived at 6pm. After registration was immediately taken into a room and Cna took my vitals and MD came in and ordered a chest x-ray and determined I had bronchitis. Ordered meds at 24hr Walgreens and after being d/c drove to pharmacy and my meds were waiting for me. All total took 1 hrs and a half. Everyone couldn't have been nicer.
Very short wait time.
Staff greeting and assessment thorough.
Physician intervention accurate and effective.
Follow up arranged timely.
Friendly and caring atmosphere throughout.
