When we moved to Sarasota four years ago we chose Dr. Little at Sarasota Personal Medicine (SMP) as our GP after an extensive internet research. It turned out that this was the right decision.Dr. Little impressed us with up-to-date medical knowledge, excellent listening skills, and a pleasant personality. I have been a patient of this practice for almost 4 years and don’t know what I would have done without Dr. Little, my primary care physician, and Dr. Fineman. They are so caring and compassionate to all my needs, and there have been many.
