George came this morning, right on time with a mask and kept safe distance. He rekeyed one lock and found that the deadbolt was just frozen and did not need any other work. I wouldn’t have known any better if he’d done unnecessary work and padded his bill. He was pleasant, quick, explained everything, and most importantly - was honest.
