In mid-January of this year, I started having severe pain at the top of my head. These cervicogenic headaches are from pinched nerves in my neck.
I was taking Tylenol, Aleve, a muscle relaxant, and icing my head with ice packs. However, I was still experiencing a lot of pain. After two hours of sleeping, I'd wake up with pain and have to ice my head to alleviate the pain.
