After trying several plumbers, I called Roto Rooter of Sarasota and Marco filled our appointment slot. I can say that Marco arrived on time and fixed our bathroom problem quickly. We now recommend Roto Rooter to our neighbors and friends.

Saturday around 4 pm the worst nightmare of all happened. Our sewer system backed up. I begin reaching out to every plumbing company I could think of and no one could get to us until Tuesday. Not being able to wait that long I remembered Roto-Rooter from when we used to live in Georgia and who were our plumbers way back when. I called Rotor-Rooter Saturday afternoon who connected me with Marco from the Sarasota Branch. He arrived to our home around 7 pm and begin working. Ernest was very professional, went over exactly what was needed. He worked to quickly fix my drain, the camera showing what was wrong was very helpful in me having to make this decision. Highly recommend these guys!
