We recently had a flat, commercial roof coated by RoofTech using the Gaco S4200 product. We are extremely pleased with this company. From start to finish, the team was outstanding. Jose and his crew were incredibly professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They clearly take pride in their work and made customer satisfaction their top priority every step of the way.
They identified some issues from a previous coating job and repaired them with a special Patch coating. I really appreciate the fact that they took the time to educate me about some of the quirks of the roof and previous coating and what to watch for moving forward.

We had an excellent experience with Rootech from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive—every question or concern we had was addressed quickly and professionally. Their pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of work they delivered.
The workmanship was top-notch. You can tell they take real pride in what they do, and it showed in every detail. Beyond the technical work, the entire team was genuinely kind and respectful—just really nice people to work with.

RoofTech is professional, friendly, & hardworking. They had great communication about when they were coming, they shared photos of my roof damage/roof repairs, and they did a fantastic job overall. This is a 5-star company!
