As soon as I saw the apartment that was shown to me, I WANTED IT. The amenities were too good to pass up, great location, and well maintained. Hobie was AWESOME. He answered questions before I even asked them and reassured me when I went into panic mode on some paperwork. From start to finish, I think it was a little less than 2 weeks and I was in my new place. I had one slight plumbing issue that was taken care of the next day and the team communicated efficiently & timely. Renting through Rentalink was a breeze. I have been here a little over a month and have no complaints. Thanks Hobie, you made the process painless.

I have had the pleasure to work with Andrea Gutierrez. She is quick and efficient. I had a question about my lease agreement and she went above and beyond to help me figure things out. Due to her positive attitude, outstanding work ethic, and just all around amazing personality is why I have decided to renew my lease. I did not want to risk moving and having to deal with a company who doesn’t care the way Andrea does about her clients.
