Brought my 2015 Sierra 2500 in because 5th and 6th gears were disengaging and All I can say is that the service was outstanding, Everything was explained to me I was given options without any sales pressure, truck was turned around in 3 days in time for me to make my trip. Had also spoken to them a couple of years ago about them doing other work to my truck , they said they would do it if i wanted but said i would be happier with other options which they did not do. Just had 6r80 4x4 replaced by them and service was phenomenal, speedy and priced right. Steve and the shop know their stuff and said everything I was expecting to hear. Especially flushing and cleaning out the coolers for the new transmission. Dropped off on Wednesday morning and called Thrusday morning to pick up. Truck is driving exactly as it should. They even swapped over my aftermarket pan!
I wish I could remember the office ladies name but she was also great. Friendly and to the point.

Ralph's Transmission, Sarasota, FL ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was hearing a strange noise while driving and was worried it might be my transmission. I stopped by Ralph's Transmission, and they were kind enough to do a quick check for me. They quickly identified the issue and assured me it wasn't my transmission, saving me unnecessary worry and expense. The shop was very clean and organized, and everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. My son recently had his transmission replaced here, and he also had a great experience. Highly recommend!
