For me, the 5-star rating starts with the owner, Kay, salesman Robby, and staff. Yes, the ducts are clean after 7 hours of hard work from Emilio and DiVante, who were also very nice, respectful and knowledgeable hard workers. Top notch all around!

From start to finish TIES exceeded my expectations and also put me at complete ease that I was in good hands. I was dealing with a duct work system that was over 40 years old and from the looks of it had never been properly cleaned. TIES not only thoroughly cleaned the duct work, they hung a few of the ducts to ensure more efficient air flow, they cleaned and resurfaced the duct box and plenum boards and completely cleaned the AC handler unit. This company does what they say they are going to do which can be difficult to find! integrity!! I was beyond pleased with them and the results are perfect. Excellent service from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very detail-oriented throughout the entire installation and repair process. Everything was completed neatly and efficiently, and the quality of work truly stood out. I would highly recommend them for HVAC duct cleaning, repairs, and whole-home air purifier installation.
