Exceptional value relative to pricing. Contrary to to" Living a Dream ", posting, the residents are lovely people. But , if you want to party to AC/DC until 3 in the morning, look elsewhere. the residents reflect theproperty... classy, respectful and they care for their home. Probably one of the best hidden gems in the Siesta Beach area.

The place is pretty. But full of 99% OLD, MEAN PEOPLE! It is not a 55 and older community but the elderly people there sure act like it is.!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Young people with families will NOT be welcomed there! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!, The elderly will purposefully harass you, and single you out if you have happy kids that laugh from time to time at the pool. THEY WILL 100% MAKE YOU MISERABLE, AND A PRISONER IN YOUR OWN HOME!I apologize to the handful of nice people that DO live there, and that are nice to kids.
