Received a gift card to Perspire. Both locations (LWR & Sarasota) have the same owner. I called ahead explaining my gift card and went in on time with an appointment. Upon arrival the front desk associate could not figure out how to use my gift card but let me in the room. She assured me all would be "OK" and she was just going to check with the other location where it must have been purchased. After my session, she said it is for the Sarasota location only (not LWR) even though they have the same owner. She charged me full price which was not discussed before I went inside. I explained this is something they should let me know before I use the sauna. Very disappointed in the customer service here and will not be returning. A relaxing treat turned into a disappointing experience

I love this place. I highly recommend it. Go regularly. It's very very good for you. You sweat toxins, and trust me when I tell you, that we are all FILLED with toxic metals and chemicals that we dont even know are in our bodies until we are sick. So go, and go regularly because it'll keep you healthy and keep you out of the hospital. Because at the end of the day, that's what matters most. I guarantee it. Your sweat alone will show much toxins have built up in your system. The more you sweat, the more toxins you have built up. The more you sweat, the less toxins build up. The less toxins the less your body odors smell. (I smell like ocean breeze and flowers butt naked. From head to toe, all day everyday. Even if I dont shower for 2 days or 3 days. I dont smell at all. I have no body odor and I have multiple women who can back that up. Why do I smell great always? Because I feed my body clean and sweat out the rest. Plain and simple. I have never been sick once in my life. Not a cold. Not a runny nose. Never hospital. Never doctor. Not once. Chess MASTER. Make the right moves. Dont make the same moves everybody else is making. Think outside the box. Keep your body pure. It'll remain pure. From your mind, body and soul.. 100% clean and pure. Perspire is crucial for busy people who don't have time to sit slat the beach and run all day.. regularly. So go to Pwrspure a few days a week or as much as possible, and In 40 minutes you will sweat out more toxins than you would in weeks or months.
The place is VERY clean and smells great. Eucalyptus towel is highly recommended to refresh and cool down after. If you need extra towels just ask before so you have enough. I sweat A LOT on day 1. I took a day off. I sweat a lot less on day 3. I took a day off. Then went way hotter and sweat way less on day 5! Crazy! That means that my body detoxed itself in 5 days! I could have done it in 3 days.
This is a very clean place and highly recommended in all ways. Bring your own water bottle. They have a free filtered water filler there. They sell waters too and they taste great but bring your own and fill it up. 5 stars. I am now a regular at Perspire. I started going when I was in Sarasota, FL. Now I'm back in NJ and I go the perspire location here too! Try it!

amazing! The staff is great and the facilities are a class act. There’s so many options and you can book your appointments online I had to join after my first visit. The saunas Very private and you can’t ask for anything better. I am now a member and healthwise. I feel fantastic. Every time I go you won’t be disappointed. First visit is only $20 try it!

I have been a member at perspire for almost two years now and I still look forward to every session. I enjoy the benefits of the sauna and the staff is awesome. They always work hard to keep everything clean and are beyond accommodating and kind.

I had an amazing experience! It was my first time visiting Florida and right behind my hotel was Perspire Lakewood Ranch! I decided to give it a shot and OH MY GOODNESS, it was the best experience! It was bearable too! I didn’t think I could handle it until the girl at the front desk reassured me that it actually is enjoyable! She was so knowledgeable which made me even more comfortable! I enjoyed it so much that I went there the 5 days I was vacationing there!
