Very busy but very accommodating decent price. I did have to ask for a new foot scrubber because it is unsanitary to reuse on other people she went and got me a new one. The hot stone massage was great and I had two glasses of champagne very happy. Not a better pedicure than I give lol but I definitely am satisfied.

I first visited on a whim since I was at the mall waiting for a jewelry repair. The gel manicure I received was fabulous! And it lasted longer than any gel I had before. Despite the fact this location was 10 miles from my home and my regular salon literally less than a mile, I thought I had found my new salon. I went back for a gel mani/pedi that I was satisfied with. Yesterday I made an appointment for a gel mani and received what was probably the worst in my life. Polish was uneven and did not go to the edges of the nails. My nails were not filed evenly. Even the process was different . I'm not sure why this place has so many bad reviews! I go here regularly and every time I have a great experience. The ladies here are always super sweet and accommodating and do a great job every time. This is such an insanely busy mall and this salon is doing their best to accommodate for everyone! As a local and a regular I can understand them making a few mistakes with how insane the traffic is coming in and out of there. Kindness goes a long way and these people are extremely kind not only to me, but to other clients when I'm there as well. Great place, I definitely recommend!
