First time in, first needlepoint project and the staff, especially Linda, could not have been more willing to share her knowledge, experience and positivity. Will definitely be back on my next Sarasota visit!

If you are in the area this shop is a must! It is needlepoint heaven. The selection of threads and canvases is limitless. Whether it is by phone, email or in person I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and customer service. If you are not in the area and you need something check out their website.

As with most needlepoint stores I've been to, the staff appears stoic and unfriendly when you first walk in. This was the case here, but once I broke the ice and asked questions, they warmed right up and were very helpful. I was impressed with the huge-and I mean huge, selection of canvases and fibers. I could have stayed all day but my family was waiting in the car. The back room was filled with ladies stitching and conversing and helping each other. It was nice to see so many happy needlepointers. I found what I was looking for and didn't ask for help but I know they would be willing to assist anyone if you ask.
