Construction of the house is good and builder addresses the issues slowly. Community is beautiful, however, this builder doesn’t disclose that pool is not heated until they sell 50% of the houses. In addition, the management company hired by the builder “Access” is horrible. They don’t walk around community and don’t maintain it properly until the residents complain. They don’t want to solve any simple or complicated problems and continuously explain why they can’t solve it.Service: New construction services

I own one if these homes & it is very nice, however this type of builder does cut corners where they can and isn't always in the homeowners favor. For example; they don't tile the entire floor - they put tiles down AFTER all types of cabinets are installed whether it's the bathrooms or the kitchen.It's just the way these builders operate in order survive in today's economy. They save some $$ on one home, and lots of $$$$$$ when building many homes.You'll get a good home from Neal Communities, and you'll enjoy doing some upgrades to it yourself.
