I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Nayak. From the very beginning, it was clear that he chose this profession because he genuinely cares about people. He has the rare ability to make you feel like a person rather than just another patient or number on a schedule. His compassion, patience, and kindness are evident in every interaction.

Dr. Nayak is also an exceptional surgeon. He took the time to truly understand the issues I was experiencing, addressed them thoroughly, and ultimately gave me the opportunity for a much better quality of life and better health moving forward. Dr. Nayak did an awesome job yesterday Typanoplasty with canal wall up and Mastoidectomy with ossicular reconstruction. After some consideration of cancelling the surgery we all came to an agreement to move forward with the surgery. I couldn’t be more pleased. It’s been 11 months of dealing with this ear and I had enough and felt strong enough to move forward. Thank you Dr. Nayak . I have little pain and nothing but what was expected the day after surgery! I don’t understand all the negative reviews, maybe there’s a new office staff now? Every single person I spoke to at the front desk, the nurse, and when checking out, were all very nice people.As for the doctor himself, he was wonderful. He did not rush me. He answered all of my questions and trust me. I had a lot. He was patient and explained everything to me clearly. Nyack was great, professional and kind.
