We've been in the house for 18 months and it is phenomenal. We started the process with Ryan and an architect he recommended in late 2020--the worst possible time with COVID, inflation on the rise, a change in flood zone designation during the design and two hurricanes during the construction. Building a house is challenging in the best of times but this was insane. Ryan and his team met the challenge. Everyone who visits the house comments how much they love the house, from friends and workers to the delivery people. It is a beautiful piece of architecture exquisitely executed with amazing attention to detail.
