I had an amazing experience using the infrared sauna. The space was clean, calm, and well-maintained, and the sauna itself was incredibly relaxing. I loved how deeply warming it felt without being overwhelming, and I left feeling refreshed, less tense, and recharged. It’s a great way to unwind, support recovery, and de-stress. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing wellness experience.

I have never experienced anything like this before. This helped me so much. I did the full spectrum package and It was for one affordable and two help me so much. I’ve never felt so relaxed. The owner was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing session. The atmosphere in the salt room was very calming, and I felt deeply relaxed throughout the visit

My Sanctuary of Wellness is an absolute gem. I went for a 45 minute infrared sauna session and it was the best experience I’ve had in a sauna yet. They also have red light therapy and a couple of salt rooms, even one for children. It’s the best wellness spa in the Sarasota/Bradenton area and I will definitely be back.

I had an excellent experience here. The owner has good energy and felt welcomed the entire visit. I love how there is a salt therapy room catered to youth. They need it just as much, if not more than us adults! My baby has had a deep congested cough for over a week, which has interrupted his nap and sleep time. I wish we found this place earlier because halfway through our session he fell sound asleep and finally relaxed as I held him in the zero gravity chair. I feel the salt took down the inflammation in his bronchial tubes and dried up his cough a bit. I also had sinus pressure that felt relieved by end of session. We both felt great and will definitely return! His mucus was productive with his sneezes after we left. The power of nature shines bright here.
I personally suggest ensuring hydration for you and the kids, before and after; Perhaps having water ready immediately after to help body rid toxins.
The healthy products by the front counter make for really good stocking stuffer gifts.

What a wonderful place! A retreat I didn't know I needed. From the moment I stepped inside, Jesse was warm, welcoming and kind. The infared sauna, red light and salt room were so nurturing and relaxing. Nice touches like chilled essential oil infused towels were magic to your soul! Thank you for creating this holistic spa!
