This dude's a f****** c**** First his self-recorded automated service tells me, to press 1 to be connected to a rep, then tells me, I'll be connected to Rich. Rich answers the phone and I say politely, "Hello, Rich, I'm having a bit and an issue, someone has gained remote access to my computer...." He cuts me off and says, "How did you get my name?" You, your f****** self-recorded, fake automation message for your business line, that makes it seem like you aren't the only one working there. He then says he can't help me and hangs up. F*** this guy.
