staff was pleasant and friendly, extremely eager to help and listen to my concerns. the problem with my ipad was easily fixable and took almost no time at all to rectify. as i understand it, my mother and father have gone here several times before for help with their phones, with similar experiences. i would certainly recommend going here for those fixes.
Has been my go to place for phone repairs since I moved to Sarasota. Andrew picked up the phone immediately and gave me transparent pricing with honest answers to all questions regarding time frame and price. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place to anybody that I know that needs a phone repaired. Offers extremely fair pricing!
I took in some old phones that I didn't want to just throw in the trash. The tech behind the counter was fixing a customer's broken screen, but he was pleasant and very friendly.
