I was in a PINCH because my work laptop and PC weren't working. Took them in yesterday morning, Rand was super helpful and knowledgeable. Fixed up my absolutely busted gaming PC in one day. I had taken it to another repair place that did everything possible incorrectly, and Rand noticed immediately that their repair was not up to par.
