7 am Sunday morning i called the main number. I explained my wife is a stoke patient & i believe we have a clogged sewer drain. Dispatcher said ld tech Luke would arrive by nine. Luke arrived by 8 am ahead of schd. Within 20 minutes he identified the clogged line as a broken sewer line with vegetation growing. He recommended they fix the line ASAP understanding my wife’s condition. I approved immediately & his associate Patrick was requested on site for the repair.
