Ismael came out today to service our A/C and he was the absolute best! He knew what he was talking about and was very honest/down to earth. I feel like there are so many companies out there that just try to upsell you or sell you things you don't need and Ismael did not do that at all. Will definitely be calling them in the future for any A/C or plumbing needs.
Five stars without a doubt! I have never had such a great experience with a heating and air company! My a/c went out a couple of weeks ago and the service tech Paul came out. Immediately he identified where my unit was at fault and causing the fail. He patched things up to get us relief from 90 degrees inside my house until they could get there just 2 days later to replace the unit! Garrett, the sales rep was so knowledgeable and awesome to work with made the whole transaction seamless! I had to call him back a week later to relocate a drain hose to enable the attic stairs to come down out of the ceiling and they responded within the hour. Just had Elite Heating & Air do the seasonal tune up on our 2 AC units. Charles Fandale did an outstanding job. He was professional, clean (wore shoe covers whenever he came into the house), efficient and thorough. I am very pleased with Elite and will go to them when I need to have the units serviced or replaced.
