I had a poor experience, and wrote a detailed review about it with one star. But I mistakenly put it on the wrong Merry Maids. A woman named Kim called me to inform me of the mistake and, due to the poor experience, waived the cleaning fee completely. I appreciated this and therefore am giving them 4 stars due to excellent customer service.

I love this company! I am a mom and I run an international business from home so having a company that makes it easy for me to focus on my business is a blessing. They are professional and doing an amazing job and everyone is always friendly and goes the extra mile to give top service.

I came to the Sarasota area without any personal connections so I had to find someone I could trust without a recommendation. When I spoke with Amy during my initial call to Merry Maids she put my mind at ease: she assured me they were a family run business and they had generations of experience behind them. All of the women who have come to my home to clean have been friendly and efficient, they are in and out as quickly as possible without cutting corners on the cleaning. Matt has also been conscientious enough to come and inspect the work they're doing to assure quality and customer satisfaction. I couldn't ask for a better experience, I am very happy!
