I cannot recommend them enough! Eve was delightful! I was originally skeptical bringing my case in when the lights stopped working, because technically my makeup case isn’t a “lamp” and I didn’t know if they would be able to fix it, but I was desperate. Upon bringing my case in Eve assisted me in trying to see if it was a simple fix, while trying to diagnose it, she said it was most likely the dimmer switch had gone out. She said I could leave the case with her, that her husband could try to repair it despite never working on something like this before. A week later I get a call that it’s all set and ready to go.
