Great Atmosphere, from my Experience the staff is always friendly and Welcoming and I Love How Clean they keep the Mens Locker room/Bathrooms! Shout out to Sam The Janitor! Keep up the Great Work!

This place is super clean especially the man's bath and locker room it smells so fresh in there Sam was the star of the show not the Sam up front the janitor Sam he is amazing lol

I am writing this review about Tanya T. (Zumba instructor). I have taken classes with multiple other instructors and she stands out. It goes without saying that she is amazing at dancing, but she is not there to watch herself dance. She is there to engage us and encourage us to feel comfortable in our skin no matter our talent, and get a great workout. She knows how to cue frequently enough and at the proper timing before a move which really helps us all know how to stay on the right track and helps support our confidence; this is so hard to find.
