Phil turned a difficult situation for us into as positive an outcome as could be possible. I can't say enough about the level of customer service my wife and I received from this gentleman. No need to go into the details, just know Phil, along with the fan manufacturer, FANIMATION, did a great job to ensure we were made very happy campers!

This is an amazing shop I can’t believe how many different options they have ? costumer service is amazing the owner went out of his way to explain every detail on his fans.the store is clean as well with hundreds of options to choose from. 5 stars is ?% accurate ?????

My Minka Artemis fan stopped working. Even though I didn't buy it from Just Fans (shame on me), Phil went more than the extra mile to help me. Researching the part I likely needed to repair the fan, he learned my fan is "smart." He then walked me through resetting the fan on the phone. I have light! I have fan! I can't wait to buy a fan from Just Fans. You shouldn't wait either!
