I have had the best experience at this establishment! Superior customer service, knowledge and professionalism. I love their choices of fans ( much more interesting than big box stores), and they are so pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend! Very grateful to have found them!
We have been loyal customers of the Sarasota store for many, many years and have never been disappointed. Today we called the store for help and Maury offered to come to our residence at the end of the day. With his expert help we were up and running in no time. Now that is customer service!
Jonathan Wendel at Just Fans is awesome! We thought our new fan was malfunctioning, Jonathan came to our house to inspect fan and assess the problem. It turns out the problem was an electrical switch issue. Please note, the fan was working properly but he went out of his way to help us solve and troubleshoot our problem! Great customer satisfaction at Just Fans!
