Very mismanaged healthcare company. They did not provide adequate care for my mother. The caregivers did not appear to be properly licensed or vetted, and we later realized we could not trust them in our home. Management was not helpful, dismissive of our concerns, and more focused on pushing unnecessary services than actually supporting our family. Every time I called the office, there seemed to be new staff members, and no one kept track of our previous conversations. The constant turnover made it impossible to know who was handling my mother’s care. We decided to switch to a different home health company and the difference has been night and day. Be cautious before choosing this company.

Interim provided excellent service for my mom's home healthcare. Very quick responses, able to assign service at the last minute, adjusted easily to changing needs. They gave us peace of mind that she was being looked after well - especially important as we live out of state. The caregivers were kind and understanding, very helpful. They really all care about their clients and their well-being.

Wonderful! Tony, Renee and their staff provided exceptional care for my father. It is difficult to trust others to care for a loved one, but I felt safe and secure that my father received loving and professional care from the staff at Interim. I would highly recommend Interim Health Care of Sarasota.

This company came through 100%! Do not waste your time on other companies like I did. I was seeking 32 hours of home care for my Mom with dementia on oxygen, etc 94 years old. The 1st companies promised me all I asked for but delivered nothing. The 1st month only 12 hours, 2nd same, 3rd month 20 hours but no substitutes for when the home aid was out, no nights or weekends ever. They were still not hiring knowing up front that they were short staffed. I never met the owner at any time. My health was seriously declining. I spoke with Dr. Tony on Sunday, he was here Monday, again on Tuesday with the nurse and again on Wednesday so I could meet the home aid prior to her start and to see if it was a good match. He showed up everytime we added a new aid or substitute. Interim filled all the hours within a week or so and the quality and professionalism of his staff was mind blowing compared to the the first two companies I used! The office staff is great, and the whole team really does care about you, your loved one and they take very good care of their staff. The pricing for the quality of home aids is amazing, they are very high level , skilled and professional. They're also great at billing your insurance company, very meticulous with the details. You will not be disappointed! Everything changed for me and I started to live again. Don't try to go it alone!
