I've been to a lot of fitness studios, and Hot Yoga Sarasota is by far my favorite. The staff is unbelievably friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Amy, Jen, and Sara are so personable, they remembered my name after my very first visit, which says so much about how much they care about their members.
The Hot Pilates and Sculpt classes are incredible. They're challenging in the best way. Every class pushes you while still being fun and motivating.

First off, let me say that I do work out. This was the first time doing yoga, and the class was very intense. Amy and the gang made it very comfortable for me though. The music, the vibe and the energy was amazing. I will definitely be back; really love the place. It was clean and they were very personable. Great job!!!!

Hot Yoga Sarasota continues to impress with creative and high-energy offerings, and their hot sculpt class this past weekend was a perfect example. The workout itself was intense in the best way—combining strength, cardio, and heat to leave you feeling challenged and accomplished.
