Willie was excellent. He kept me informed very step of the way. I would recommend him and the company all the time. Service has been very important to a/c system with the heat. The cost of the a/c unit was reasonable. Insulation was very timely.
We have used Hometown Air for years and couldn’t be happier. Gary, the owner, is honest, knowledgeable, and has a very quick response time. He is by far the best technician we have dealt with in our 35 years as homeowners. Our air always seems to break down during holiday weekends and Gary has come out, even at night to fix it without charging us super high fees for doing so. It was the best service I've ever received from an air conditioning company. They are safe courteous professional and respectful. There was nothing missed or overlooked when they serviced my air conditioning unit. They showed up wearing a mask and full protective gear. I am a customer and I am not being asked to say any of this. This is just my personal opinion. If you like great customer service with a winning professional attitude then you should call Hometown air-conditioning & services!
