I have been going to see Mary Hart for several years now and I can't say enough about her and her technique. I came in after a Fusion and laminectomy and was in constant debilitating pain. I also have Interstitial cystitis,degenerative spine disease with nerve compression and Sciatica. She has kept me out of surgery, and taught me how to move correctly . I am walking every day and going to the pool, even riding my bike. She is a miracle worker!

I had shoulder & neck pain for months. Went to my body worker, acupuncture, chiropractor...still no long term relief. UNTIL I started seeing Mary Hart. She's very knowledgeable & intentional with the way she approaches your body and the techniques she gives you to help you heal yourself. I am so grateful I found her. Highly recommend!

Mary Hart is absolutely the best soft tissue therapist in this part of the country. She is a true healer and so generous with her time and knowledge. She truly cares about people and it shows in her desire to get you well. Most PT's just go through the motions, give you a few exercises and you're on your way. Mary's work is totally different. If you want to be educated and not just "medicated," she's the one to see!
