Matt came by my little cottage near Pinecraft to check on our termites. He really gave me some good advice. He is the type of guy you trust immediately. No pressure, free estimate. He gave me my options honestly. In the end I decided that I will just tear down the house and build a new one but I appreciate him taking the time to give me his expert advice. If I ever need pest control he will be the first person I will call.
We had a great experience with Matt at Halls Termite & Pest Co. He was extremely quick to respond, very friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. He provided us with a ton of helpful information and made us feel very comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. It’s hard to find companies that genuinely care about their customers the way he does. I would 100% recommend Matt and Halls Termite & Pest Co to anyone looking for honest, reliable pest control service!
I did extensive research on different pest control companies, and most seemed eager to recommend treatment plans whether you truly needed them or not. Matt was the rare exception. He came to my home, provided expert guidance, and rather than trying to sell me something, honestly advised that I could handle the issue myself. I was genuinely impressed by his integrity, transparency, and professionalism. If you’re looking for an honest and trustworthy pest control service, I can’t recommend Matt enough.
