The PestBear representative arrived to inspect our termite bait stations that we signed up for and paid for a couple of months ago. They hadn't installed any. So the representative installed some, stating that he might be short on what he needed. Walking around the house after he left, I saw a number of installed bait stations and one just lying on the ground, not installed. He went away and returned to finish installing the bait traps. Then he went around the house and inside the pool enclosure to sweep away insects, spider webs, etc. Finally, he sprayed around the perimeter of the house to prevent insect infestation. The technician explained everything to us. He pointed out a tree that was dying, checked our sprinkler system, found a couple in the wrong place, and brushed our lanai and porch. Very happy with the results.
