I highly recommend Dr. Ward, her Professionalism, her Staff was amazing with my daughters approximate 18-20 yr old cat.
Our normal vet recommended Dr. Ward for an ultrasound we were amazed to cost which is very reasonable
Dr Ward tells it like it is, she doesn't soft pedal what's going on with your pets. If there's little to no hope she will tell you that unlike some corporate vets who can't seem to manage to tell you that your pet is probably going to get worse and die. That said she was very kind and compassionate in caring for our cat as were her staff. We did leave with some hope that our cats liver issues may be reversible but with the understanding that it may not be.
Dr Ward combines excellent technical capabilities with a warm and caring approach for your well loved pet.
Dr Ward and Janine created an environment in which my husband and I felt secure in the diagnosis and recommendations for our beloved and very spoiled Balinese cat.
