Not being a full time Sarasota resident, It is extremely important to have a trustworthy service to watch our home. Matt and Angie are that service! Our previous service that retired hand picked them to take over their customers and we are extremely satisfied. They keep to their schedule, I get a report immediately when the inspection is completed. Billing is accurate, efficient, and reasonable. They prep for storms, check all necessary systems. They send pictures if they find something abnormal while they are still there so they can get our response and direction. I would highly recommend them. Look no further! Great Job!

We have a home on Longboat Key and have used Angie and Matt for over 4 years. They are great - very through, detail oriented, and reliable. If we need a special visit to meet a vendor or attend to another issue they are very responsive. Also, very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend, if you are considering home watch services.
