Flint Home Inspections

As a Realtor, having trusted professionals I can confidently refer to my clients is incredibly important, and Brett is always at the top of my list for home inspections. He consistently does a fantastic job and is wonderful with my buyers. He takes the time to thoroughly inspect the home while also educating buyers along the way, explaining his findings and helping them better understand the property.

Brett is also very responsive and easy to reach, and he makes himself available to answer questions even after the inspection is complete. I highly recommend Brett for anyone in need of a knowledgeable, reliable, and thorough home inspector!

My experience with Brett was fantastic. He arrived timely, was very professional and very thorough. He was very personable, helpful, and worked to put my mind at ease. With no hesitation, I’d highly recommend Brett!

I am in the process with My Safe Florida Home to receive a grant for replacement of some very old, existing windows on my home with hurricane impact windows. Mr. Flint was selected to inspect my property and he was excellent! He contacted me by phone to inform me he was on his way and he arrived perfectly. I met with him outside and he discussed what he would do regarding the inspection! He inspected exterior features with photographs and then looked throughout my attic inside! Brett was very nice, informative and professional
