Doug and the office staff were amazing! They came out as scheduled, explained the things that were recommended as an immediate fix, and potential replacements to consider for future - no pressure and I didn’t feel there was unnecessary upselling going on. Doug knows his stuff and was very efficient in getting everything taken care of. I opted for the platinum maintenance program which has paid for itself in the first visit! My realtor has used this company for years and I am so grateful for the referral!
Definitely five star service! These folks treat me so well and their visits are very pleasant. Sijil Thomas came by today he is as always much appreciated.
Albert was very helpful and friendly. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable.
