I would totally rate the condenser repair a 10 out of 10. Just a heads up, parking's a bit cramped. But once the team from Experts Heating & Air Conditioning Repair arrived, it was smooth sailing. They had the needed parts with them, which was awesome and saved time. Got my appointmnet the same day too. SUPER happy with the whole experience. Definitely my go-to now!
In today's world, dependable customer service is hard to come by, so very appreciated when you get it. FANTASTIC customer service is even more rare. Misty at the office and our service tech could not be making our lives any easier. Our service tech is so polite to my Mom (who lives at our home) and the same for Misty. They have gotten to know us and our needs. We work out of state & are rarely at home, Misty and our service rep (his name is slipping my mind, SORRY) go out of their way to make us comfortable. Misty has saved us from 2 service calls by giving my Mom help over the phone, HOW AWESOME IS THAT....
