I ordered two tool boxes through internet. When I arrived to pick them up the driver I hired to helpe was going to get there later that the closing time. The employee Remi understood my situation and he was willing to take out the tool boxes for me to wait for the driver. Great customer service.
Granger is the best experience I have had in a long time. There are helpful and very nice. They take the time and make sure that you get the right part that you need. Their showroom is clean, clean and neat and the staff in the showroom are considerate.
I've had questionable experiences in the past, but today was good. It's not a busy store, so you generally get in and out quickly. I'm hoping they are trying to up their customer service and this will be the new norm.
